What to Expect
All performances are family friendly. Absolutely no bachelor parties or all male parties.
A typical performance is 15, 20 or 30 minutes long. A performance by Sara generally includes an entrance piece with veil, a mix of instrumental, contemporary or pop music with zills (finger cymbals) followed by an exciting drum solo finale.
Performance music, props, additional dance styles and costuming may be tweaked to please your audience. Advanced props (including sword, fan veils and cane) or costume changes can be added to a performance for an extra fee.
Expect audience participation! Sara is a lively and engaging performer who uses touch of humor to interact with the audience. A dance with the guest of honor or traditional line dances may also be incorporated into a performance.
Discounted rates are available for weekly or monthly performances at restaurants, hookah lounges and nightclubs. Contact Sara for a quote and availability.

Additional Booking Notes
Please allow plenty of time to book your event! Sara is booked several weeks in advance. Last minute events and major holidays may incur a higher fee.
Pricing is based upon amount of performance time, number of sets and location. Advanced props, costume changes and additional dance styles may be added to a performance for an additional fee.
Quotes for gigs outside of Loop 1604 will be assessed for travel time in addition to performance cost at .55¢ per mile.
A deposit of 25% is required to guarantee your performance time and finalize your booking. The balance is due the day of the performance and may be paid by cash, check or PayPal.
A 15-20 minute set means that the performance shall be at least 15 minutes, but no more than 20 minutes. 20-30 minutes sets are at least 20 minutes and no more than 30 minutes. Shows longer than 30 minutes are generally too much for most audiences. Instead it is recommended to split the performance into two shows of 20-30 minutes.
Performances that start later than the agreed upon time may incur an extra fee. Please keep in mind that dancers often have more than one performance scheduled per night.
Sara will need to know if your event is inside or outside, at a residence, event venue or in a public setting and how many guests will attend. It is also good to know what kind of surface is going to be used in the performance area (concrete, stage, grass, etc.).
A good sound system is essential to a great performance! For small space events, a PA system can be provided by Sara. For larger events, a sound system that is loud enough to fill the room will need to be provided.
An assistant may be present during the performance for security and help with equipment.
In the extremely rare case that guests are inappropriate toward the dancer, the music system is not working properly or if there are any circumstances in which Sara deems a performance unsafe or impossible to continue, she may at her discretion end the performance and is to be paid in full.
